Ways to Use

This healing balm is truly designed for anyone who has dry or chapped skin, or is prone to skin sensitivities such as eczema. Here are our favorite uses and tips!

Eczema Repair: I’ve suffered from eczema since high school and struggled to find a cream that could bring me consistent relief, as well as heal my dark, scarred patches of skin. While I’ve eliminated the foods that cause my breakouts, winter and dry environments still trigger flare ups every now and again. The best way to use this balm to heal eczema patches is to apply a pea-sized amount to the affected area as needed. I’ve learned to carry this balm around with me in the winter months to help me resist the need to itch!

Tip: Rub the balm between your fingers to warm it before applying to the skin. This will prevent pulling or irritating the skin during application.

Heal Scars: This balm is great for healing and lightning scars. This will take time and consistent, daily application. For best results, apply to the scar 2x/day. You should notice the scar lightening within a few months. Continue daily application until the scar is barely visible.

Heal Dry, Chapped Skin: This balm is safe to use from head-to-toe to heal dry, chapped or cracked skin. Simply warm a small amount between your fingers and apply as needed to face, body, hands, feet, cuticles, or scalp.

Tip:  I also use this as a leave-in conditioner to heal my split ends. Simply rub in a small amount on the ends of your hair and leave in overnight. Wash out well in the morning for shiny, healthy ends!

Daily Moisturizer:  Excellent as a daily moisturizer, especially during cold, dry winter months. Apply half of what you would normal cream or lotion as a little goes a long way with natural ingredients. Works best when applied after bathing while skin is still moist.

Tip: I like to use this on my face at night during the winter months to combat dry, flaky skin.

Love + Light,

Smita
